send in the FEDS well… navy anyway

I had some weird things happening whilst doing some design work tonight (in firefox), I switched across to IE and it stalled – note the IP:
I used who.is to check the domain was google (in case of spyware had snuck in somehow) and found this:

Now that weirded me out.
So I ran a tracert to see what showed up and that was clear, I googled the base above (it’s a biggy btw – the Commander Navy Installation Command).
Closed IE, had a glass of water… got a bit paranoid… then confused – were they looking at me, or was it some weird anomaly?
Went back to do a tracert to my server and it was normal…
reloaded IE and FF – both worked as normal… by my maths the whole thing from first noticing weirdness to ti not seeming to happen anymore took about 30mins.
PLEASE can anyone tell me wtf (sorry mum, but its a def. wtf moment) this was all about?
So, feds, Mi5, spooks, navy – if you want to ask me something, please do so.
If it’s a weird net anomaly, bleedin nora – spooky as heck.
I need some herbal tea now.
we are all being watched!!
