when training becomes habit
I’ve been thinking about diet n fitness post swim.
Trainings become a habit now, at first it was hard to make myself to go but now I think I’ll probably carry on as I am. Certainly the changes I’ve made to my diet I’ll keep, I’ll swim once a week, maybe not 120 though as it takes ages!
Time specific quantifiable goals… thats what its all about.
I can’t make bike club monday night 🙁 I’m DJing in abersoch :), apologies, reckon it’ll be a nice day for it though.
