the Breakfast dilemma?

Help! I don’t know what to have for breakfast anymore!

I’m changing a lot of habits at the moment, in a continued effort to better myself.. part of that is reviewing my diet… one area I’m weak is breakfast.

Cereal is out, I’m cutting out as much dairy as possible… so by the same token…

Toast and butter/marg is out.

Just fruit is too acidic.

Yoghurt – dairy again damn it…

Full english/fry up – one word… FAT
Grill up/bacon sandwich – time constraints being the main factor here, actually, maybe that is the answer, making more time in the morning to have breakfast… I’m not a morning person, I work best later in the day… hold on, its all connected. Bugger. I’ve self analysed myself again – so do I post this or delete it now I know the answers… erm…

If you have any suggestions, bring it on baby! I’ve confused myself.

  1. You’ve kind of eliminated everything in that silly list havent you?! I recommend you don’t cut everything out, have muesli and a piece of fruit or a yoghurt – we all know breakfast is the most important meal of the day and the one you’ll burn off so don’t mess this up Williams!

  2. Why on earth are you cutting out all this stuff? You do need some dairy you know, stop faffing around and eat something, you’ll waste away! Em x

  3. Oatmeal and egg whites scrambled with spinach. Turkey or leab bacon provides a nice touch with the aforementioned meal!

And I agree, why are you cuttingout all of these things? It’s completely normal for you to exercise such control over your diet – it’s one of the few things that we have total control over. But not eating any dairy isn’t good – where will you get calcium?

Don’t eay just yogurt and fruit. There’s no protein in that – it’s nothing but refined and unrefined sugars.
