Can’t change? Rubbish!

TV could change your life!!! If you do one thing tonight watch Paul McKenna at 9pm on Sky One, a truly talented man, who fully understands the brain and what it can achieve.

See, if you think you “can’t” do something, yep… its more than likely you won’t… does that mean it was actually impossible? No.

Life is what you make it.

If you decided to run the London marathon, would you expect to then be able to do it the next day?

Of course not! You’d have to train… practice, research and prepare for some time… and then you could run the marathon.

So why do people expect development of their mind to be any easier??

If you believe you can’t do something, ask yourself honestly if it is impossible?

Didn’t go perfectly first time? …so what?!

Did you give up as a kid the first time you tried to ride a bike and fell off?

No. (or if you did, man… you ARE a wiener!)

So next time you want to give up smoking, lose weight, change your way of thinking… and you revert back to old behaviours. Don’t give up, think of it as a grazed knee, watch the other kids enjoying riding without stabilizers and go do it again!
