Look out world!
It’s so easy to forget how important sleep is, when you lead a busy life something has to give… often its sleep.
Which is fine to a point, that point was monday… but now… look out world,I’m coming to get ya!
A mere 11hour sleep has put me back to almost full health, slight sniffle but nothing like yesterday.
Raaaaaaaaaaaa!
Note to self: Remember how important sleep and downtime are.
