exercise
I’ve been a bit slack recently and slipped into a semi-lazy state of affairs. (partly due to confusion)
NO MORE!
This morning I took a 45min brisk walk/jog along the beach followed by some weights n stuff at home.
How on earth did i forget how good it is to do that??? Good breakfast, bit of exercise n I’m off n working like a trooper. (not bad considering I DJ’d yesterday too)
note to self: This entry is to remind myself that… yes, when you’re lying in bed it does seem better to stay there, remember this feeling today, see how much more you get done mr williams.
springers (not really btw) thought for the day: Cotidie damnatur qui semper timet (The man who is always in fear is every day condemned)
