add a layer of cheese
add toppings to taste (red onion + ham is good)

If you don’t have a grill you can alternatively lay your toaster on its side and slide the toast and toppings in.
Cheat grilling I guess you could call it.
Disclaimer: Can sometimes result in a house fire though.. the scars on my hand will bear testament to this.
if you dont have a toaster or grill, dont try toasting bread on an electric cooker ring either, it tastes bad.

Looks suspiciously like an overrated cheese toastie to me ….. And whats wrong with grilling on an open fire ?!?!?
