week 4

So after shocking myself with the sheer size of sugar in a week… i managed to cut down to…. erm… 6 last week

3 energy drinks, a rockstar (76g in this badboy!) and 2 rio types. Not too bad.

In other news, i’ve finished the course of steroids for my stupid reiters… its almost back to full strength, so I’m going to stay clear of exercise till its 100%.

  1. Hey there, long time. Have you tried increasing your consumption of natural sugars? I wonder if it’d help you get the fix you need but not be quite so bad for you? I know chompin on an apple isn’t quite the same as downing an energy drink…but you do seem into experiments*grin*

  2. Well HELLO! How’s canda? I do still read your blog from time to timme.

    I already eat plenty of fruit, that might be part of the problem. Anyway I’ve almost halved this amount now AND I’m down to 1/2 a tsp in my tea… which is 25% of my old amount so I’m making progress!

  3. You took a hiatus from blogging at some point so it’s nice to see you back up here. You did go to the dark side with FB didn’t you?

    If it’s not too much sugar it’s too much salt- isn’t it?

    I’m still adjusting to life back in Canada but I’m enjoying it…are you on linked in? I’ll try to find you.
