I know… I know… more boring swim updates… bla bla bla… i’m swimming 100 lengths non-stop now, which I’m very happy about, plus I’m well on track to my sponsorship target (thanks to all of you who’ve sponsored me so far)
Thanks to Ruths help on sunday, I’ve bought a shiny new wetsuit so I can start swimming in the sea now as well… ooohh…

…well, no not at all actually.
The local paper got all excited about some lights that were seen in the sky last night.
Now having seen the video and read the reports, plus having seen close up some chinese flying lanterns… I’m pretty sure I know what it is!
What amuses me most though (as much as I actually believe it’d be arrogant to think we’re alone in the universe..) is how people seem to be un-conviced by this obvious answer, the way that one person says yes they formed into a triangle and so others then think… hmm maybe they were… yes, they WERE in a triangle formation…

* TRAINING UPDATE *
Todays training was the first time I swam 100 lengths continuosly! Winner. (50×2 previously) This means, I’m ahead of the distance I have to swim (Pier to Pier) in the sea AND I’m swimming it in one hit (as you can’t really stop mid swim in the sea!)
