WANTED - 1 groovy flatmate
Today is good news and bad.
Becky (my flatmate) and her gerbil (Alex) have had their offer accepted on a very cool little flat, which is wicked news for them… but sadly means that I now need to find someone who wants to rent my spare room.
Previously when I needed a new lodger I asked too late… and after I’d struggled a bit I found someone… and then I had loads of calls saying “are you still looking for a lodger?”.. so, whilst I’ve nto actually got a months notice, they are in the enviable position of being in a chain of 1 so it’s not likely to take too long…
Always the way isn’t it… I’ve been asked a few times recently if I know of any rooms, then when I have one… tumbleweed…
The Room:
…close to town centre, generous double room, share of kitchen, lounge, bathroom, toilet and big hall (it has 3 bikes in at present)… furnished or not… up to you… wireless broadband + NTL cable tv… off road parking (share of)… cool as chips landlord who is reasonably housetrained and likes to cook… very affordable all-inclusive rates…

Have you got a garden shed, because if you remember theres nothing like an old garden shed with a freezer in it…
