Not much today, my arms are dead.
Had to have injections to cover… well bleedin’ every illness known to man I think… “Hepatitis A, Typhoid, Diptheria, Polio and Tetanus” due to impending Thailand adventure!
Thanks to my bodies usual reaction to metal, I now feel like a thunderbird puppet… my arms only work from the elbow down… I’ll laugh about that tomo.
Less than 2 weeks till thailand!!! Yikes… where did that go??
Today is a good day.
Woke up and sprung out of bed… for the first time in… jeebus I don’t know how long?! (couple of months maybe?)
Felt a bit guilty but took last night off.. just me, some junk food and a dvd.
Went to bed when I felt tired (not sooner because I had to get up, or later because I’m working) and got up when I awoke… not forced myself out of bed to do stuff!
I’m sure it’s helped by the fact I’ve cleared a few things in my head… and its only 2 weeks till thailand!! woooo!
Amazing what a bit of RnR can do eh? All too easy to spend all your time doing things with, or for, other people when sometimes you just need to say “no, I’m stayin’ in!”.
I always find it odd when seemingly sane and assertive adults, just seem unable to say no to things. Don’t load yourself up with stress, remember the rights of an assertive person:
To have the right to ask for what you want, remembering that the other party has the right to say no. To accept that you can care about people, without them being your responsibility.

wow… I’ve been doing so much… thinking about so many things… learning new stuff… that my head nearly exploded yesterday!
I actually thought “maybe this is it…? my head is full!”.
It just stopped working… something that would of been a good challenge just fused a wire in my head, weird.
Never happened to me before, I’ve always found my brain to be this place I can just keep stuffing things into and it might groan a bit but it keeps going.
Thankfully, taking a walk cleared it a bit… then some food and a DVD… finally a long walk along the beach this morning and RAAAA!!! back to normal operation.
Anyway, the walk back this morning made me re-confirm a few things in my head… which brings me to my apology.
I’m not going to be around much for the next couple of months, so please don’t take it personally. Some things have slipped into a muddle and I need to drastically pull my finger out, by being selfish for a bit.
It’s all good to get the plan back on track, but it is going to be hard.

in your sp_index file, you need to add the following code:

< ?php get_header();?>
then everything inside the div id="spg" that is the guts of SPG.
For my theme, I amended the footer to include a mention to spg and calls for sidebar and footer.
