EMP - level 3
The last few days I’ve really not felt myself… mentally I’m fairly alert but physically not so hot.
Groggy, slow, tired, hot… had to go to level 3 today 
Hope I feel better later, really want to record “Electro Disco #2″ tonight. Plus I’m working to a tight schedule I’ve set myself, a set back this early could mean the dreaded jobsville for me!!!
